Thalenis: Age of Cataclysms for 5e

Thalenis: Age of Cataclysms is a 5e-compatible high fantasy campaign setting, and requires the use of the D&D 5e SRD, or similar. The book is written in its entirety, but 100+ pages is a lot to edit and put into layout in one go as a single creator.

The current version (v 0.1) of this book includes:

Author’s Foreword

An Introduction to the world of Thalenis

An overview of Thalenis’ history, ancestries, geography, cosmology, and dominant religion

 

Future updates will include:

An overview of all eight continents, each with five NPCs and five story seeds

An in-depth exploration of the five countries that make up the continent of Laesthri, five NPCs and five story seeds are provided for each country

Alternate, and entirely optional, character creation rules

Seven playable ancestries: abera, avatars, elves, dwarves, orc-kin, orcs, and tyddrinar. More ancestries will be included in future Age of Cataclysms material, but these ancestries are fully compatible with the races found in the 5e SRD

Two backgrounds

Twelve new subclasses: one for each class found in the 5e SRD

32 new spells, from cantrips to 3^rd level

Nine magic items, including four masterworks that grow in power over time

Four new creature stat blocks

Appendices including: the Thalenisian calendar, limited dictionaries for several of the languages found on Thalenis, rules for spellstorms, and twenty new trinkets

 

The price of this book will go up as material is added, but I currently have no timeline for future updates.
